“Youth Holiday Orientation-Training-Employment” (ORFEV-JEUNES) Operation

As part of the first edition of the “Youth Holiday Orientation-Training-Employment” (ORFEV JEUNES) operation, the Ministry of Employment and Vocational Training (MINEFOP) is recruiting 6,500 young Cameroonians for one-month professional immersion during the 2025 holiday period.
This initiative targets:

• 5,000 youth with academic, technical, or vocational qualifications to be placed in public institutions, private companies, NGOs, and local councils.
• 1,500 youth to engage in High Labour Intensity Jobs (HIMO) within their communities.

Selected candidates will gain hands-on experience, receive a participation certificate, and benefit from a modest monthly allowance. Applications are open via the platform www.emploijeune.cm, under the ORFEV JEUNES section.
